A wealthy, connected power player with larger-than-life charisma and a fierce devotion to his friends. A lead supporting role conceived as a major Best Supporting Actor showcase.
Ken is a lead supporting character who lives and operates on a grand scale: substantial wealth, a luxury lifestyle, celebrity friendships and an influential network across sports, business and media. A celebrated sports-auction entrepreneur and the star of Netflix’s King of Collectibles: The Goldin Touch, he combines the confidence of a master dealmaker with the generosity of a devoted friend. When Marco is suspended, Ken puts that world within Joe’s reach. He recruits Brian Berkley, mobilizes his publicity team and turns powerful connections into meaningful action for a father and son. The Lamborghini pledge captures his spirit: bold, memorable and rooted in loyalty. His friendship becomes one of the driving forces behind the family’s fight.
Performance opportunity
For an actor pursuing an Oscar-caliber supporting performance, Ken offers a rich combination of star presence, comic command and emotional depth. The performer gets to inhabit a world of wealth, celebrity and high-stakes dealmaking, then make every grand gesture feel personal. The Goldin office scenes call for authority, intelligence and effortless command; the Lamborghini pledge combines spectacle with heartfelt generosity; his scenes with Jenn reveal warmth, affection and natural humor. His bond with Joe gives these moments their emotional foundation. The challenge is to make influence, success and unwavering friendship feel inseparable. It is a substantial lead supporting role with signature scenes, a distinctive public persona and the emotional range to stand at the forefront of BATFLIP’s Best Supporting Actor Oscar ambitions.
